Kirkland & Ellis advised Clearlake Capital Group on the sale of its portfolio company, TEAM Technologies, Inc., a provider of end-to-end manufacturing solutions for the medical device and oral care industries, to an affiliate of Arlington Capital Partners. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
