Kirkland & Ellis advised XXXLutz Group on a voluntary public cash takeover offer for all outstanding shares of home24 SE. home24 is a leading e-commerce platform in the home & living segment and is listed in the Prime Standard on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Completion of the offer will be subject to regulatory approvals as well as further customary conditions.
