Simpson Thacher recently represented the underwriters in connection with Chubb INA Holdings LLC’s registered public offering of $700 million aggregate principal amount of 4.650% Senior Notes due 2029 and $600 million aggregate principal amount of 5.000% Senior Notes due 2034. The 2034 Notes constitute a further issuance of, and will be consolidated and form a single series with, the 5.000% Senior Notes due 2034, of which $1 billion aggregate principal amount was issued in March 2024.~~Chubb intends to use the net proceeds from this offering for general corporate purposes, including the repayment of €700 million of its outstanding 0.30% senior notes due December 2024.~~Chubb is a world leader in insurance.
