Kirkland & Ellis is advising Hg and Vista Equity Partners on the sale of Allocate, a leading workforce and people management software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider to healthcare and government organisations, to RLDatix, the leading global provider of intelligent patient safety solutions and a portfolio company of Five Arrows Principal Investments and TA Associates. The terms of the transaction have not been disclosed and completion is subject to customary closing conditions. Hg and Vista Equity Partners invested in Allocate in 2014 and 2018, respectively, partnering with Allocate management to help achieve greater customer engagement and support Allocate as it entered new geographies and created a strong growth platform.
