Kirkland & Ellis announced today that Lindsay Trapp has joined the Firm as a partner in the Investment Funds and Structured Finance & Structured Private Credit practice groups. “Lindsay is one of the leading attorneys for insurance-related fund matters and complex credit funds,” said Jon A. Her work includes fund structuring, compliance and distribution, with extensive experience in rated funds, collateralized fund obligations (CFOs) and other capital-efficient investment structures.
