Kirkland & Ellis advised Fullscript, a leading healthcare platform for whole person care and portfolio company of HGGC and Snapdragon Capital Partners, on the acquisition of Rupa Health, a company that helps practitioners order, track and manage more than 3,000 laboratory tests in a single interface. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
