Morgan Securities LLC and the other initial purchasers in connection with the offering by EnerSys of $300 million aggregate principal amount of 6.625% Senior Notes due 2032 pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S, which closed on January 11, 2024. EnerSys intends to use the proceeds from the notes offering to repay a portion of its borrowings under its existing credit facility and for general corporate purposes.~~EnerSys is the world’s largest manufacturer, marketer and distributor of industrial batteries.
