Paul, Weiss is advising leading AI contract lifecycle management software company Sirion, its founder Ajay Agrawal and its shareholders on the sale of a majority stake to Texas-based Haveli Investments L.P. Financial details of the agreement were not disclosed. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2026. The Paul, Weiss team is led by corporate partners Cullen Sinclair, Rohan Dey and Neel Sachdev, and includes antitrust partners Richard Pepper and Yuni Sobel; tax partners Timothy Lowe and Lindsay Parks; and executive compensation partner Lawrence Witdorchic and counsel Annie Anderson.
