The promotion comes into effect on 1 December 2020. The status of Counsel has been developed within the firm to recognise excellent contributions by senior associates and their potential for partnership. Aneta Disman has joined Clifford Chance in 2008 and her practice focuses on investments, divestments and asset management in the real estate and construction sector. Although primarily a real estate specialist and a key member of the Prague office's real estate practice as well as covering CEE deals in particular in Poland or Hungary, Aneta also has a growing track record in corporate M&A transactions. He has steadily built up a strong profile and gained significant expertise in the commercial, construction and energy sectors from a litigious, regulatory and competition perspective.
