Latham & Watkins has advised Ardian, a world-leading private investment house, on its entrance into exclusive negotiations to acquire French appliance group Hameur, owner of Magimix, a global leading manufacturer of kitchen appliances in France since 1963 and Robot Coupe, a manufacturer of food preparation professional equipment in France since 1961. The Latham team was led from Paris by partner Gaëtan Gianasso, with associates Michael Colle and Aymeric Derrien-Akagawa.
