Simpson Thacher is representing Blackstone Real Estate in connection with its acquisition of an 80% stake in a c. €1 billion pan-European logistics portfolio owned by the Johannesburg-listed Burstone Group. The portfolio includes assets located across Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Spain and Italy.
