A total of 22,770,000 shares of common stock were sold in the offering consisting of 19,758,903 shares sold by the Company, inclusive of the underwriters’ full exercise of their option to purchase 2,970,000 additional shares, and 3,011,097 shares sold by the selling stockholders. The offering raised $819.7 million in gross proceeds.
