Willkie advised Insight Partners in connection with the sale of its portfolio company Featurespace, a leader in payments protection technology, to Visa.

On September 26, Visa announced that it signed a definitive agreement to acquire Featurespace, strengthening Visa’s portfolio of fraud detection and risk-scoring solutions. Featurespace is a developer of real-time artificial intelligence payments protection technology that prevents and mitigates payments fraud and financial crime risks.

The transaction is expected to close in fiscal year 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
