Paul Weiss is advising ZT Systems, a leading provider of AI infrastructure for the world’s largest hyperscale computing companies, in its cash-and-stock acquisition by Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (AMD), valued at $4.9 billion. The deal is expected to close by the end of 2025, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
