Milbank LLP’s Financial Restructuring London co-head Sinjini Saha spoke on a panel titled “The Globalisation of Liability Management Exercises” at the GRR Live: Restructuring in the Americas conference on 15 October 2024. Ms. Saha was joined by Scott Greenberg, partner at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher; Eric Vanderpoel, director, fairness and solvency opinions at Kroll; Vincent Vroom, partner at Loyens & Loeff; and Guilherme Vaz, partner at Pinheiro Guimarães. The panel was moderated by Pamela Benzán Arbaje, partner at Guzmán Ariza.

The panel looked at the increased use of liability management exercises by businesses in the United States and across the pond. It also explored why liability management exercises have started to be adopted in the first instance rather than launching a restructuring process.

This was the second edition of GRR Live: Restructuring in the Americas.
