Kirkland & Ellis is advising BC Partners on a definitive agreement in which funds affiliated with private equity firm Clayton Dubilier & Rice will purchase a majority ownership position in BC Partners-owned Presidio, a leading technology services and solutions provider. As part of the transaction, funds affiliated with BC Partners will retain a minority ownership interest in Presidio. The transaction was announced on April 2, 2024 and is expected to close in the second quarter of 2024, subject to customary closing conditions. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Presidio is a leading provider of information technology and digital solutions and has more than 6,660 customers and relationships with leading technology providers such as Amazon, Palo Alto Networks, Microsoft, Google, Cisco and Dell.
