Kirkland & Ellis advised SKKY Partners, a private equity firm focused on high-growth, market-leading consumer brands co-founded by Kim Kardashian and Jay Sammons, on the acquisition of a significant minority investment in Sauce Ventures, LLC (d/b/a TRUFF), a brand of premium condiments and truffle infused products, on November 20, 2023.
