Latham & Watkins advised HPS Investment Partners and BC Partners (as part of a consortium) in their investment in Broadway Technology, a leading provider of high performance front-office fintech solutions to sell-side and buy-side clients. HPS Investment Partners and BC Partners joined other consortium members Long Ridge Equity Partners and Broadway Technology’s co-founder, Tyler Moeller, in the consortium’s acquisition of 100% of Broadway Technology from ION Group.
