Kirkland & Ellis advised TJC on the acquisition of Insulation Technology Group (ITG) from PHI Industrial. The transaction was announced July 2, 2024. ITG is a leading provider of electrical insulation solutions for the global utility market. ITG manufactures high and ultra-high voltage porcelain insulators for mission-critical applications within electrical substation, overhead transmission and distribution infrastructure, and has more than 1,200 employees across manufacturing facilities in the U.S., Europe and Brazil.
