ISM is one of the world’s leading and fastest growing providers of athletic inspired safety footwear. ISM is well known for their innovative footwear technology and designs, sold under the PUMA®Safety, ALBATROS®, and FOOTGUARD® brands. The transaction is expected to close at the end of the May.
