Latham & Watkins advised HS Orka, a leading producer of renewable energy in Iceland, on an extensive refinancing of the company’s senior debts for continued development in Iceland. The loan amounts to the equivalent of US$290 million and is provided by Icelandic and international banks and funds. The Latham team was led by London infrastructure partner Conrad Andersen and counsel Amanda Fortuna, with associate Matthew Milne.
