Milbank LLP advised the administrative agent and lead arrangers in connection with a new $1.1 billion term loan financing for PlayCore, the proceeds of which were used to refinance Playcore’s existing debt and fund a shareholder dividend. PlayCore, owned by Court Square Capital, is a health and wellness focused playground equipment company that offers scholarly services and products to build complete play and recreation environments. The Milbank team advising on the financing was led by New York-based Global Leveraged Finance partners Marcus Dougherty and Meir Hornung along with associates Edward McCartney, Matthew Park, James Wang.
