Esdec reached an agreement to strengthen its shareholder base with a significant strategic investment from funds managed by Blackstone Energy Partners and Blackstone Capital Partners (“Blackstone”). The transaction is conditional on customary regulatory clearances.~~Esdec is a leading developer and distributor of professional rooftop solar racking and mounting systems and solutions for both residential and commercial roofs.
