Gibson Dunn said Sebastian Fain moved to its New York office to help drive its global M&A build-out, joining as Co-Head of Cross-Border M&A on a “truly global” platform. Fain said he was drawn by the firm’s collaborative, growth-oriented team and the chance to expand his cross-border practice for clients.
