The offer values TI Fluid Systems at approximately £1,039 million on a fully diluted basis and implies an enterprise value of approximately £1,831 million. The acquisition remains conditional upon approval by TI Fluid Systems’ shareholders and satisfaction of certain regulatory conditions.
