Life Time Group Holdings, Inc., a leading lifestyle brand offering premium health, fitness, and wellness experiences, has announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 39,000,000 shares of its common stock, at a public offering price of US$18.00 per share. Shares of Life Time common stock are expected to begin trading on The New York Stock Exchange under the symbol LTH on October 7, 2021.
