Alpha Tau Medical Limited, the developer of the pioneering alpha-radiation cancer therapy Alpha DaRT™, and Healthcare Capital Corp. (Nasdaq: HCCC), a special purpose acquisition company, have announced they have entered into a definitive business combination agreement. Gauzy Ltd.
