Partners, LLC under which Andros affiliate Andros Permian LLC will fund approximately $150 million to participate in a development drilling program targeting the highly productive Spraberry and Wolfcamp formations in Midland County, Texas. Andros Capital Partners is a private investment firm based in Houston, Texas. Andros combines flexible, long-duration capital with an opportunistic investment mandate, leveraging a proven track record of building, operating and monetizing assets across the energy value chain. Midland-Petro D.C. Partners is a private oil and gas company based in Midland, Texas. Willkie advised Turnspire Capital Partners LLC on its acquisition of GHP Group Inc., a leading designer and supplier of consumer outdoor living and indoor heating products. On October 2, Turnspire Capital Partners announced that an affiliate acquired GHP, a leader in designing, sourcing, and supplying patio heaters, fireplaces, portable heating products, barbecue grills, and water dispensers under a portfolio of well-recognized brands. Turnspire Capital Partners invests in high-quality businesses that have reached strategic, financial or operational inflection points and stand to benefit from its hands-on, operationally focused approach. Willkie represented Panoramic Media in its sale of certain film, television and other projects to Miramax in connection with the appointment of Jonathan Glickman, founder of Panoramic Media, as CEO of Miramax. Panoramic Media is an independent film and television production company whose productions include the film Creed 3 for Amazon MGM Studios and the popular Netflix series Wednesday. Its upcoming productions include the Netflix series Zero Day, starring Robert De Niro and Angela Bassett. Willkie recently represented Henry Crown & Company in connection with the refinancing of the iconic Rockefeller Center in Manhattan. Crown, which co-owns Rockefeller Center along with Tishman Speyer, successfully closed a $3.5 billion CMBS financing, in what was the largest CMBS issuance ever for a single office asset. Rockefeller Center, originally developed over a century ago, is a 7.3 million square foot campus which includes a mix of office, retail and restaurant spaces as well as popular attractions such as the famous Rock Center ice skating rink and a new 24,000 square foot park atop Radio City Music Hall. With origins dating back to 1919, Henry Crown & Company is a Chicago-based, privately-held organization that oversees the interests of the Crown Family, including investments in publicly traded securities, real estate, private investment, and privately held operating companies. Willkie advised Homebot, an ASG company, in its acquisition of Quo Finance, a mobile app that helps first-time homebuyers secure homes and begin to build wealth. Homebot is a home education portal that empowers consumers to make smart home finance decisions and facilitates engagement between loan officers, real estate agents and their clients. The acquisition of Quo Finance, announced March 21, is expected to accelerate Homebot’s mission to connect people to make informed homeownership decisions. ASG, a portfolio company of Alpine Investors, is a software business that buys and builds market-leading vertical SaaS companies. It acquired Homebot in June 2020. Willkie previously advised ASG in numerous transactions, including its acquisitions of ThinkLP and Sierra Interactive.
