I Squared Capital (I Squared), a global infrastructure investment manager, announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Priority Power Management, LLC. Whistler Pipeline LLC (Whistler) has announced that it priced an offering of US$1.85 billion aggregate principal amount of senior unsecured notes, consisting of US$400 million aggregate principal amount of 5.400% senior notes due 2029, US$500 million aggregate principal amount of 5.700% senior notes due 2031, US$825 million aggregate principal amount of 5.950% senior notes due 2034, and US$125 million aggregate principal amount of 6.350% senior notes due 2044. ExxonMobil has announced an agreement with Air Liquide to support the production of low-carbon hydrogen and low-carbon ammonia at ExxonMobil’s Baytown, Texas facility. The planned hydrogen production facility will be the world’s largest, expected to produce one billion cubic feet of low-carbon hydrogen daily and more than one million tons of ammonia annually while capturing more than 98% of associated CO2 emissions.
